How much weight should I lift?
For dumbbell-only plans, we recommend starting with a lighter set of dumbbells (5-10 lbs) and a heavier set of dumbbells (15-30 lbs). While this may not sound like much - our plans have been designed with dumbbell training in mind.
Regardless of which plan you choose, each progresses in difficulty week after week. This is why we recommend selecting your weights at the start of the plan, then sticking with them all the way through.
