My order has been Returned to Sender due to incorrect or incomplete address details. Why am I being invoiced for shipping again?
Our goal at TEAM is to provide you the quickest shipping time possible. Because of this, your order begins processing as soon as it is confirmed after checkout.
Once an order begins processing it cannot be changed. This means that if an order is processed with incorrect address details, we cannot correct your address before the order ships. We are not liable for lost or stolen packages, including if delivered to an incorrect address.
For this reason, it is extremely important you confirm the correct shipping address before completing your checkout!
If your package is processed with incorrect address details, our hope is that the tenant or courier will initiate a Return to Sender, directing your package back to our warehouse. Once received, we can reship the package to your corrected address.
If your pacakge has been Returned to Sender, contact our support team at email@example.com to have your order reshipped once returned to our warehouse. Please note there will be a $5 reshipment fee for all US orders; International orders will be subject to an adjusted fee based on location.
