My package is lost in transit, stuck at a courier site, or marked as delivered but has not been received. What do I do?
Once a package is in the hands of the courier, we are unable to offer information beyond what is available to the customer via the given tracking number. We have no further information on its whereabouts, expected delivery date, nor are we able to advise on delays. If your package is lost, being held by your local post office, or marked as delivered though you have not received it, please contact your local post office or courier for more information and to file a missing parcel claim.
Team is not responsible for lost or stolen goods. If you believe an item was stolen from inside your package or off your porch, contact the courier service that delivered your items for further assistance.
