What do I do if I'm missing an item in my order?
In the unlikely event that you are missing an item in your order, please contact us immediately with the following information so that we may investigate:
- Your order number
- The name of the item you did not receive
- A clear photograph of the item you did receive, if any (including our Team logo)
Once we've received the above information, our Support team will be able to confirm against our warehousing scans and use shipping weights to determine package contents. Team is not responsible for lost or stolen goods. If you believe an item was stolen from your package or porch, contact the courier service that delivered your items for further assistance.
Please note that several of our products are DIGITAL in nature, and as such a physical product will not be sent. For digital purchases, check the email address you provided at checkout for instructions on accessing your plans.
