I already have a Teachable account, but my most recent purchase isn't showing up. Where can I find this?
A few things could be going on here.
It's worth noting that if you selected one of our Express Pay options at checkout (for example, Apple Pay), your most recent purchase would have been created under the email address associated with that Express Pay option: in our example, your most recent purchase would be confirmed under the email address you've registered for Apple Pay with.
We recommend confirming if your purchase is appearing under a different email address and from there, we can assist with combining your purchases into one account.
