The Team Plans: Best Practices
We’re so excited to have you connect with our incredible community! This space is your best resource to connect and engage with women who are in the exact place you are right now.
We want to make sure you’re getting the most out of this, so before jumping in here are some tips and tricks to get the most out of your Team plan.
Remember - this is your community. It is what you make it!
Before making any posts or comments, please review the best practices on this page.
We encourage discussions that help inspire and motivate others in relation to health and fitness, but need to ensure you STAY POSITIVE and STAY ON TOPIC.
PERMISSION TO SHARE
We're so proud of our Team and all the wins our members share with us. We love celebrating your progress with our entire community! Keep an eye on @abby and @theteamplans on Instagram to cheer on your Team members.
If you’d like your testimonials or pictures to remain anonymous or prefer they aren't shared, no hard feelings. Please let us know in your posts if you'd like us to blur your first or last name, cover your face, or skip sharing your submissions altogether.

1- READ YOUR TEAM PLAN BEFORE POSTING
We understand you’re excited to jump in and connect with your Team, but we recommend reading through all your available lectures before posting questions to Facebook. Chances are, we’ll cover most of your questions in a lesson, so to keep conversation progressive, please refer to your Team plan first.
USE OUR SUPPORT CENTER
We can’t stress this enough… Please take a moment to use the search bar before you post! Repeated posts and questions will have comments turned off by a member of the moderating team. Chances are your question has been asked before, and previous threads likely have useful info for you.
3- BE HELPFUL
Provide genuine and helpful feedback to others. If you’re not sure what to say, think of what you’d want to hear if you posed a similar question. You don’t always need to have an answer to offer encouragement. When replying:
- Ask questions to help better understand
- Give honest, informative answers
- Share your personal experiences
Remember, this is a two-way street. The more support you give, the more you get!
REPORT POSTS TO ADMINS
If you find posts that break any of our Community Rules, click the small drop down menu in the top-right corner of the post and select “Report to Admin”. You will remain anonymous. Our admin team reviews reported posts daily.
5- CELEBRATE YOUR WINS!
This is self-explanatory. We don’t celebrate our wins enough, so let’s make a point to celebrate more, together.
For example, if you’ve recently experienced a mindset shift, noticed strength gains, or finally feel consistent with your daily habits, let us know! We’re here to cheerlead for each other, express gratitude, and be one another's biggest champions.
If you’re having trouble finding an answer to your question, reach out to your community! This is your best resource. Whether it’s sharing their personal experiences or giving their best advice, the members of your Team can help point you in the right direction.
Don’t be afraid to ask questions! We are driven to maintain an open environment and a safe place to share our successes, struggles, tips, experiences, and most importantly, support for one another.
