I’m loving the program, but I am extremely sore the day after a workout - it’s affecting my ability to function normally. Can I modify the workouts so I’m not quite so sore?
Rather than modifying the workouts, we suggest you drop the weight or perform the exercise with bodyweight only, depending on the movement. Performing with a lighter weight will significantly lessen the soreness you experience post-workout.
If a particular exercise causes you significant soreness regardless of the weight, we encourage you to let your doctor know so that they can handle it most effectively.
