Do I have to track calories and macros on this program?
In short, no. While we do provide personalized calorie and macro targets in Phase 2, the emphasis is not on strict tracking. It's important to have a baseline understanding of how much you're eating in a day, but to truly make this a lifestyle that lasts, long-term tracking isn't the way to go.
Instead, we use our hands to understand the best portion sizes for your goals. Your hands are a resource you'll always have on you, whereas a tracking app is harder to come by in a pinch. As long as you can learn our hand portioning system, you'll be set for life.
