The Team Plans are our latest programs with a focus on lifestyle and long-term sustainability. We focus less on micromanaging different aspects of your journey and make it as easy as possible for you to get started and stick with this.
No low-calorie, restrictive diets. No food off limits. No impossible food rules. With this plan we’ll be using basic portion control to make sure you’re eating the right amounts of the right nutrients.
Plus, with 4 new workouts every week, you’ll never get bored again! Gym workouts take 40-60 minutes and require basic gym equipment (e.g. barbell, plates, dumbbells, cable tower). Home workouts take 30-40 minutes and require minimal equipment (e.g. gallon jugs, canned foods, or other common household items).
You won't just be leaving this plan with a new body, but a blueprint you can use again and again for the rest of your life. Just focus on simple daily actions and we'll take care of the rest!
