I'm not receiving the Team Plans emails. What should I do?
First, we ask that you check your spam and junk folders as our emails have been known to land there until they're marked as safe - and sometimes even if they are! Be sure to add email@example.com and firstname.lastname@example.org to your trusted contacts.
If the emails aren't in your spam or junk either, please email email@example.com. We'll review your subscription status together and make any necessary adjustments to reinstate your membership email subscription.
