I didn't receive one or either of the two Welcome emails to confirm my account.
A few different things might be going on here.
First, we'll ask you to check your spam and junk folders, as our emails have been known to land there until they're marked as safe. It can take up to 48 hours for the first email to generate.
If you used one of our Express Pay options (Shop Pay, PayPal, Google Pay, or Apple Pay), check your email inbox for the email address associated with that account. For example, if you selected Apple Pay at checkout, your Welcome and confirmation info would have been sent to the email associated with your Apple Pay account.
If your email address is still not recognized when you attempt to log in or send yourself password reset instructions, there was likely a typo in your email address when you subscribed.
