Which level should I choose?
The Inner Athlete Challenge has 2 levels to suit every ability. All levels are included in your app subscription, so if you start one and find it’s not a good fit - you can always change part way through.
Level 1 is suitable for you if:
- You have less than 12 months of training experience
- You’re a runner who’s new to weightlifting
- You’re a weightlifter who feels out of breath with cardio training
Level 2:
- You have at least 12-18 months of training experience
- You’re a runner with at least some weightlifting experience
- You’re a weightlifter with at least some endurance experience
