Are these workouts pregnancy and postpartum-friendly?
Yes! As always, we recommend getting clearance from your healthcare provider before beginning a new exercise program.
Once you get the all clear, here’s how we recommend selecting your level:
Level 1 is suitable for you if:
- You’re in your 1st or 2nd trimester of pregnancy and have less than 12 months of training experience
- You’re in your 3rd trimester of pregnancy
- You’re 7-12 weeks postpartum
Level 2 is suitable for you if:
- You’re in your 1st or 2nd trimester of pregnancy and have more than 12 months of training experience
- You’re 13 or more weeks postpartum
As a reminder, these are general guidelines. Every pregnancy and postpartum journey is unique, so listen to your body and adjust as needed.
